About the Club

SLSC (Southampton Lifesaving Club) is an enthusiastic and friendly club consisting of members of all ages; proving that anybody can take part in our activities.

The Club currently has five regular and several seasonal instructors, all of whom have many years of experience. All of our Instructors have been CRB checked by the Police and have obtained clean certificates.

The Club meets every Monday evening (except school and bank holidays) from 7.15pm until 8.45pm at Oaklands Pool in the Oasis Academy Lordshill, Southampton. Over the course of their training our members not only learn lifesaving techniques but also essential skills in life support and CPR.

Joining the Club is a great way of keeping fit, making new friends and learning new skills.
