Challenging and exciting awards and qualifications allow people of all ages to handle any situation that demands lifesaving and life support skills.

Today, awards and qualifications from Royal Life Saving Society UK embrace many levels to suit beginners and the more advanced. Each award or qualification encompasses fitness, knowledge, skill and judgement for dealing with simulated emergencies and require varying levels of proficiency. This ensures that anyone who has undertaken a RLSS UK course has the ability to make a crucial difference when it counts.

Pre-requisites:

Due to safety reasons club members must be at least 7 years old but no maximum age applies as we have adult groups as well as children groups.

For safety you must also be able to swim 4 lengths.

If you are unsure as to whether you can manage this then please come along one Monday evening and have a go.

Trial Week:

We offer all potential new members a one week totally free trial period.

The yearly subscription will become due on the 4th week you attend.
